Personal data protection policy

2. Method of data collection
We collect personal data from:
- submitted inquiry forms
- submitted e-newsletter subscription forms
- submitted event registration forms
- sent emails
By submitting these forms or sending us an email we assume that you agree to the use of your personal information. The consent is valid until revoked.
3. Use, extent and purpose of storage and processing
We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing information via e-mail, sales promotion, customer profiling with the aim of customized offer of content and products to customers in e-mail and on websites.
For the purpose of notification, we store:

- name,
- last name,
- company
- function in the company.
We collect personal data with the express consent of individuals. Consents are kept together with their contents and the contents of the form with which they were obtained.
Personal information is used by following departments:
- Sales,
- Marketing,
- Event management.
We use an external service (MailChimp) to send newsletters, in accordance with their rules. They store the list of e-mail addresses on the cloud and use them specifically for our messages, not for any other purpose.
4. Data export
We keep personal data collections in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not export them to other countries.
5. Length of storage
We keep the individual’s personal data until the revocation of the consent for the storage and processing of the individual’s data. Upon revocation of an individual’s consent, his or her personal data shall be immediately and permanently deleted.
Should the above-mentioned purposes for which we store personal data cease to exist, we will immediately and effectively delete the databases whose purpose has ceased to exist.

- transfer to another service provider,
- restriction of processing and storage or revocation of the consent for processing and storage, without this affecting the legality of processing their data before the revocation of the consent.
In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for other purposes, we will provide the individual with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information before such processing.
